My Coaching Philosophy
My coaching is about much more than workouts or meal plans. Here's what I stand for — and what you can expect when we work together.
Bridge the Gap
I bridge the gap between diet culture and what actually creates sustainable results.
Educate the “Why”
I educate clients so they understand the reasoning behind everything they're doing.
Long-Term Habits
I focus on building long-term habits instead of chasing quick fixes.
Personalized Plans
I create personalized plans that fit each person's real, everyday lifestyle.
Strength That Lasts
I help clients build strength, confidence, and healthier habits that last.
All Ages. All Stages. All Goals.
Wherever you're starting from, coaching is built around you — your body, your life, and your goals. No age limits, no fitness prerequisites.
Teens
Building strong, healthy foundations early — with confidence, not pressure.
Adults
Balancing career, family, and health with routines that actually fit real life.
Seniors
Staying strong, mobile, and independent through every stage of aging.
Beginners
Starting your journey with clear guidance, structure, and zero intimidation.
Experienced
Breaking plateaus and refining performance with smarter, evidence-based programming.
Men & Women
Personalized coaching for every body, every goal, and every phase of life.
How Coaching Works
A clear, supportive path from where you are now to lasting results — built on structure, education, and real accountability.
Free Consultation
I start with a conversation — your goals, history, lifestyle, and what hasn't worked before. No pressure, just understanding.
InBody Assessment
I measure your starting point — muscle, body fat, and balance — so progress is tracked by data, not just the scale.
Personalized Plan
Your nutrition and training are built around your body, schedule, and goals — realistic, sustainable, and made for real life.
Coaching & Education
I work together while you learn the “why” behind every choice — building confidence and habits that actually last.
Track & Adjust
Progress is tracked through your coaching app, and your plan evolves as you grow — always moving toward lasting results.
InBody Assessments
The scale only tells part of the story. With professional InBody analysis, I track your progress — muscle, fat, and balance — so every decision is guided by data, not guesswork.
- Skeletal Muscle MassSee exactly how much lean muscle you're building.
- Body Fat PercentageTrack real fat loss beyond what the scale shows.
- Segmental AnalysisMuscle & fat balance across arms, legs, and trunk.
- Visceral Fat LevelMonitor the fat that matters most for long-term health.
- Basal Metabolic RateUnderstand how many calories your body needs at rest.
- Body Water BalanceCheck hydration and intracellular/extracellular balance.
A clear, data-driven snapshot of your body — reviewed together at every stage.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you might be wondering before we start — answered honestly, no fine print.
Everyone. Whether you're a teen building healthy habits, an adult juggling work and life, or a senior focused on staying strong and independent — coaching is built around you, not a one-size-fits-all program. Beginners and experienced exercisers are equally welcome.
No. This isn't about extreme restriction or quick fixes. We focus on sustainable, realistic changes that fit your lifestyle — so you understand the “why” behind every recommendation and can maintain it long-term.
I start with a free consultation to understand your goals, history, and lifestyle. From there, we often use an InBody assessment to measure your real starting point — muscle, fat, and balance — so your plan is built on data, not guesswork.
Most programs hand you a generic plan and hope it sticks. Coaching here is personalized, evidence-based, and educational — you'll learn the reasoning behind your training and nutrition, not just follow instructions.
Yes. Remote coaching includes personalized programming and app-based progress tracking, so you can train and stay accountable from anywhere — with the same structure and support as in-person coaching.
It depends on the coaching style that fits you best — personal training, small group, or remote — and your goals. We can figure out the right frequency together during your consultation.
This is an area of specialized focus. Training and nutrition are adjusted to support your body through perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal shifts — not a generic program that ignores what you're experiencing.
Just book a free consultation. We'll talk through your goals, answer your questions, and map out what coaching would look like for you — no pressure, no commitment required.
Still have questions? Let's talk it through.

Training

Strength Training
Progressive programs that build lasting, functional strength.

Corrective Exercise
Movement-focused training is designed for clients who may feel limited by stiffness, previous injuries, joint concerns, posture changes, or uncertainty around certain exercises. Training stays within the appropriate scope of personal training and may complement guidance from a physician or physical therapist.
Exercise is modified when needed, but the goal is still to build strength and capacity—not to avoid movement indefinitely.

Personal Training
One-on-one coaching to improve confidence, fitness, and strength.

Small Group Training
Build strength and accountability with the energy of a team.
Coaching

InBody Assessments
Track real progress with detailed body composition analysis.

Mobility & Movement
Targeted mobility work designed to address stiffness and support more comfortable movement.

Sustainable Weight Loss
Balanced fat loss without extremes or crash diets.

Healthy Aging
Stay strong, mobile, and independent at every stage of life.

Training and Nutrition Through Hormonal Transitions
Training, nutrition, and recovery strategies designed to support women as their bodies, energy, and needs change.
Coaching focuses on exercise, nutrition, recovery, and sustainable lifestyle habits. It does not diagnose or treat hormonal or medical conditions.

Perimenopause & Menopause
Specialized coaching for menopause and perimenopause support.

Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition coaching provides education, structure, accountability, and practical strategies that can be applied in real life. Recommendations are adjusted to the client’s goals, preferences, training demands, schedule, and progress.
Nutrition coaching is not medical nutrition therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions.

Remote Coaching
Flexible training and nutrition support from anywhere.

Accountability & Lifestyle
Ongoing accountability and coaching to keep you consistent.
Most fitness advice pushes extremes and quick fixes.
I do the opposite.
— Find your true north.
Balance
No extremes, no crash diets — a sustainable approach that fits into your real, everyday life.
Confidence
Closing the distance between what diet culture pushes and what actually creates lasting results.
Strength That Lasts
Real strength built through coaching that supports your goals both in the gym and in your lifestyle.
InBody uses bioelectrical impedance to estimate body composition. Results may be affected by hydration, food intake, exercise, sodium, alcohol, menstrual-cycle changes, and testing conditions.
InBody results should be viewed as estimates and are most useful for monitoring trends when testing conditions remain consistent.
