Find Your True North

How Our Coaching Works

The path to achieving your fitness goals should be clear, science-based, and adaptable to your daily life. Discover the details of my step-by-step coaching process.

01

Free Consultation

The first step in any successful transformation is understanding where you are starting from. I begin with a free consultation call to discuss your current lifestyle, workload, eating habits, and primary goals.

I review past methods that haven't worked for you and factor in any physical limitations or injuries, ensuring I have the complete picture before moving forward.

InBody Assessment

It's impossible to understand your body's true condition using just a standard weighing scale. I use assessment data to estimate your muscle mass, body fat percentage, and water balance.

This allows me to establish a clear starting baseline that is built entirely on accurate data and science, rather than guesswork.

Personalized Plan

No two bodies are the same, which means no two routines should be identical. Based on your assessment data and consultation, I create a personalized nutrition and workout program just for you.

This plan is designed to fit into your schedule so it stays realistic and sustainable for the long term.

Coaching & Education

My goal isn't just to hand you a routine and walk away. I will teach you the underlying science of why you are eating specific foods or performing certain exercises.

Through this continuous education, you will learn your body's mechanics, empowering you with the confidence to build healthy, lifelong habits.

InBody uses bioelectrical impedance to estimate body composition. Results may be affected by hydration, food intake, exercise, sodium, alcohol, menstrual-cycle changes, and testing conditions.

InBody results should be viewed as estimates and are most useful for monitoring trends when testing conditions remain consistent.

Program Structure & Client Experience

What coaching involves, what is expected, and what it does and does not include.

Program Structure and Client Experience

Program Structure Overview

Programs are structured to provide clear direction, measurable progress, and flexibility based on individual needs. Training, nutrition, and lifestyle habits are integrated to support long-term consistency rather than short-term intensity.

Client Onboarding Process

New clients begin with an initial consultation to review goals, training history, current habits, and any relevant limitations. This information is used to build a personalized plan that evolves over time based on progress and feedback.

Adjustments are made as needed to ensure the program remains appropriate, effective, and sustainable.

Progression and Adaptation

Progression is based on performance, recovery, and consistency. Programs are adjusted gradually to help improve strength, movement quality, and overall capacity without unnecessary risk.

Accountability and Support

Coaching includes ongoing communication, feedback, and accountability to help clients stay consistent and make informed adjustments. Support is provided through regular check-ins and program updates.

Expectations and Results

Results vary based on consistency, effort, lifestyle factors, and individual differences. The goal is to build sustainable habits that support long-term progress.

Client Responsibilities

Client Commitment

Clients are expected to follow the program to the best of their ability, communicate openly, and apply the guidance provided. Consistency and effort play a significant role in progress.

Health and Medical Considerations

Clients should inform the coach of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations that may affect training or nutrition. When appropriate, clients may be advised to consult with a qualified healthcare professional.

Coaching services do not replace medical advice or treatment.

Safety and Modifications

Exercises may be modified based on individual needs, comfort, and ability. The goal is to train effectively while minimizing unnecessary risk.
