Maximize Your Results
Understanding the numbers is just the beginning. Here is how we use your InBody data to build an individualized plan.
Preparation Guidelines
For the most consistent read, I recommend fasting for 2-3 hours prior, avoiding intense exercise right before the scan, and maintaining normal hydration levels.
Data-Driven Nutrition
By knowing your estimated Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), I can reduce dietary guesswork. I build a calorie and macro profile around your body's estimated energy needs.
Track True Progress
We recommend scanning every 4 to 6 weeks. By overlaying your reports, you can actually see the fat dropping and muscle growing, keeping motivation at an all-time high.
InBody uses bioelectrical impedance to estimate body composition. Results may be affected by hydration, food intake, exercise, sodium, alcohol, menstrual-cycle changes, and testing conditions.
InBody results should be viewed as estimates and are most useful for monitoring trends when testing conditions remain consistent.
